A&D GX-Z9100 Wow and Flutter Issue Diagnosis and Recap

Today, I hope to track down and maybe fix the wow and flutter bug that's keeping this beast from putting down its 0.025% magic numbers and instead keeping it running worse than either of my two Aiwa built belt drive machines.

Along the way, we'll give it a nice set of new capacitors in the power supply and control section. Maybe that'll help. Maybe it's something I haven't even considered yet. We'll see.
