I gave my friend, Kai, a GoPro to record the homeless problem in downtown San Diego. This was taken over the summer. I will say it has improved since then, but it's usually a never ending loop. They clean it up and months later they just come right back.

This is right off 6th, 7th and 8th street in Downtown San Diego. The Gaslamp District is located on 5th street.
