It's not news that the care industry is in crisis.
We held our second Care Crisis event where our panellists shared their insights into the current state of the care sector, the challenges it faces, as well as their predictions for the future of the industry.

Currently the care sector is facing a recruitment crisis and there aren't enough carers to meet the need. The gap this leaves is sometimes filled by family members becoming carers which isn't always sustainable and could lead to carer burnout.
