On 10th March 2023, 11 individuals were claimed to be missing. According to Victim Chiaki Nanami: Hajime Hinata told Chiaki that he was going to explore an abandoned hospital.

Jeremy [Scout] (Since these 3 individuals names have not been revealed or their last name not revealed, their nicknames will be used)
Jane Doe [Soldier]
Pyro (All 3 individuals work for Mann Co.)

Individuals have been last seen on March 9th 2023.
Rumours have been spread around local towns that there is a criminal organization whose members have been raiding this hospital, thus forcing it to close down and transfer patients to another nearby hospital.

Authorities have closed down the area and is under investigation,
Case is STILL under investigation.
