How to view a LinkedIn profile anonymously. In this tutorial, I show you how to view Linkedin profiles in private mode. This will stop LinkedIn from telling people that you viewed their profile. This is perfect for coworkers, recruiters, HR, or anyone else wanting to view any LinkedIn Profile.

This tutorial will view any LinkedIn profile anonymously with out LinkedIn Premium. This trick does not require any apps and can be performed on PC, Mac, Chromebook, Android, iPhone Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.

Note: The steps in the tutorial allow you to choose if people know that you viewed their profile. The one trade off of stopping people from knowing that you viewed their profile is that you will no longer be able to see who views your LinkedIn profile. When changing these settings you have 3 options to choose from:
• Your name and headline: Shows your full name and LinkedIn profile headline
• Private profile characteristics: Shows your job title and location
• Private mode: Shows Anonymous LinkedIn Member

Follow the steps below to view any profile on LinkedIn anonymously:
1. Go to LinkedIn and login to your account.
2. Open the LinkedIn menu by selecting your profile icon in the top right.
3. In the menu, select Settings and Privacy under accounts.
4. Once in the settings, ensure you are on the Privacy tab.
5. In the left sidebar select How others see your LinkedIn activity
6. Select Change next to Profile viewing options.
7. In the Profile viewing options menu, select either Private mode or Private profile characteristics.
