“If you remove all these things and the memory of them, that which remains cannot be removed, and it is always here. The invitation is to find that, to discover that. And it’s not hidden, and it’s not hiding.

The mind is here and there, it comes and goes. That which you discovered, has that come and gone? Just be there! When you recognise that all of this is arising in the silence, then you are not troubled by it.”
