Think of your body as the game controller! The excitement builds as I increase the speed at the end of each section, ramping up the challenge and energy!

✅ 1:23 Running with Jump (for high energy)
✅ 2:37 Running with Dodge (Right & Left)
✅ 3:42 Run, Jump & Slide (simulated slide/duck under move - very fun!)
✅ 4:47 Run, Jump, Slide & Dodge
