Breaking the final barrier of A01

Didn’t think I’d be uploading a vid like this so soon, but here we are - I suppose Eddie is the true king of A01. Here’s what he had to say:

“As i've ventured my way through alot of the tm2020 campaign 01's the missing piece has always been the OG tmnf a01 so i decided to go for the .79 after seeing Lackadal's .80 run. I started hunting the map early february and got the .79 on the 7th of june (unexpectedly 3 days after my .80 pb). I didn't keep track of hours played but my guess would be around 200h.

The run started with one of the best downhills i've gotten while hunting this map and the first s4d gave me even more time, i've never been this far ahead at this point and probably because of nerves i had a suboptimal entry line into the second s4d but i managed to stay ahead with a good uphill.
With that said i think the .78 belongs to whoever has the time and interest to hunt this map for countless hours, will it happen soon? later down the line? never? Time will tell.

My time of hunting this map had it's highs and lows with moments of consistently getting good times but also frustrating moments of not seeing progress and wanting to quit, in the end it all came together with a bit of luck.

"Why the Norwegian skin?" Someone told me it gives you extra speed, can confirm!”
