A quick recipe

Carrot macaron
🥕To a pan add 1/2 cup almond and roast it.
🥕Grind it to a fine powder.
🥕To a steamer basket add 1/2 cup chopped carrot and steam for 10 min.
🥕Add it to a mixer and blend it to a smooth paste.
🥕Now to a bowl add 2 egg white, 3 tbsp sugar( add it gradually) and beat until you get a stiff peak.
🥕Now sieve the prepared flour, almond flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, a pinch of salt.
🥕Now add a drop of vanilla essence, orange food colour and mix the dry and wet ingredients. ( the batter should make a unbreakable 8 pattern)
🥕Now pipe the batter in a parchment paper.
🥕Bake at 140°C for 10 min.

Carrot almond biscuit
🥕To a bowl add 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup almond flour( roast almond , grind & sieve it), 1&1/2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar, baking powder 1/4 tsp, a pinch of salt and mix it gently.
🥕Bake the cookies at 180°C for 15 min.

Carrot orange purée
🥕To a pan add carrot purée ( steam the carrot and grind it), 1/4 cup orange juice, powdered sugar and cook for 2 min in low flame.

🥕Plate & serve it.
