A mix of silage, straw, meal and minerals mixed and fed through the Keenan Diet Feeder with the John Deere 6230 providing the muscle...

All feeding is done via the JCB TM320 and JCB Shear grab cutting through the silage at ease...

Something a little different is the farms approach to straw chopping Turnavidock Farm bought a second hand straw chopper and modified it with an old double chop spout which saves on time when feeding and beeding 250 dairy cows as well as followers. By blowing the chopped straw directly into the feeder it saves on the diet feeding having to chop it. John Deere 6130R working the chopper while filling
