As production is completely based on traditional wax moulding process ,this product is very rare. Through this video we introduce the making process of single moulded bell making. First of all, we have to know how to make a perfect model or a structure for bell. When we talk about the making process, it starts from structure making. Usually everyone used to make the structure with the help of pure clay, the next process will be making wax mould to the clay structure, after finishing the layered wax mould next is mudd covering process. 3 layers of mudd is covered and dried completely. Next is removing the wax process, removing the wax from the mould is an important procedure in bell making process. Then the next step is to melt the bronze for 3 to 4 hours after checking the clarity of the melted bronze and apply in to the holo mould , Then pouring the melted bronze, Need to wait for 24 hrs to set the product strong and perfect . After 24hrs, casted mould covering is to be broke and further cleaning the soil and mudd to be done. At that time the product will be semi finished . Next step is grinding / finishing and after finishing the item should be clean and shiny.
