The Board will review/amend the minutes from the previous meeting and will vote on whether or not to approve them at this time. [Action item]

Participants may share information not requiring Board discussion, action, or decision making. [Not an action item]

5. Discussion and decision on changing the official name of the Island of Hawaiʻi.
Board members will finalize the outreach plan and materials prior to scheduling a meeting to
consider the name change proposal – “Island of Hawaiʻi” to “Hawaiʻi.” [Action Item]

6. Meeting schedule for 2025.
Board members will set a meeting schedule for 2025. [Action item]
