Veg Manchurian Sticks Recipe | वेज मंचूरियन स्टिक रेसिपी | Tasty Snack Recipe

This Veg Manchurian on sticks is a fun and innovative twist to the classic Indo-Chinese favorite. Instead of serving the crispy vegetable balls loose, they are skewered on sticks, making them perfect as a stylish appetizer or party snack.

INGREDIENTS
Manchurian:
1 & 1/2 Cup Cabbage
1 Medium Carrot
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Boiled Potato
3 Tbsp Cornflour
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour/Maida
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
2-3 Pinch Black Pepper
Salt

Sauce:
2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2 Tsp Soy Sauce

METHOD
Finely chop cabbage and carrot using a chopper or grate using a grater.
⁠Add ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Squeeze the veggies to remove excess water and transfer to another bowl.
⁠Add boiled mashed potato, cornflour, all purpose flour, red chilli powder, black pepper and salt. Mix to form a dough like mixture.
⁠Take one skewer and place some mixture on it like seekh kebab to make manchurian sticks. Make all the sticks following the same method.
⁠Deep fry in medium-high hot oil. Transfer to a sieve or kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
⁠Mix tomato ketchup, schezwan and soy sauce to make dipping sauce.
⁠Serve the sticks with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
