China provides digital solutions to combat plastic waste in oceans

A Chinese project to remove and process plastic waste in our oceans has been recognised by the United Nations - winning its "Champions of the Earth" award. The Blue Circle initiative offers incentives to fishermen, to help cut pollution in coastal waters. CGTN's Wang Qiwei looks at how it works.
