We are excited to announce the launching of our Executive Director’s TV Channel “Community Voices” where she shares her success stories and experiences deploying community advocacy, mobilization and engagement approaches in her life as a humanitarian. The Tv channel features prominent episodes such as “voices from the ground, community connector, community dialogue, A talk with Ilim Blessing, and lots more.

Blessing is a dynamic and result-oriented Community Mobilizer and Development Worker with extensive experience in engaging diverse community groups, building trust, and driving participation in grassroots initiatives. Skilled in planning and implementing community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement to promote health, education, gender equality, adolescents and youth empowerment.

Proficient at translating technical development objectives into culturally appropriate approaches including Benue local languages that foster community ownership, participation, and sustainability. With proven ability to organize large-scale mobilization efforts, establish partnerships with traditional/community leaders, and strengthen networks of women, youth, and marginalized groups,
