First cute gift wrap is perfect for those who like travelling. Instead of wrapping the present with the usual wrapping paper, use a map to wrap the gift! You can also add a ribbon or just a brown string like me. I also show how to make a cute DIY gift card from cardboard and brown paper.
Next, I made a pyramid gift box from a cardboard. This is a perfect way to wrap small gifts like a piece of jewelry or chocolate. You need to cut the shape out of the cardboard and fold it to get a pyramid, on top you add a ribbon bow to close the box and you can also hang it on the Christmas tree.
A very cute gift wrapping technique for the winter winter is by using snowflakes. Wrap the gift in the solid color wrapping paper. Then make a snowflake from the white paper and place it on the top of the package. Wrap a ribbon around the package to keep the snowflake in place! And you have a super adorable gift wrap!
In this DIY gift wrapping tutorial I also show a very cool and interesting Japanese technique of wrapping gifts called tsutsumi. All you need is a piece of light fabric and you can wrap the gift in less than a minute. This wrapping technique is so special and cute!
Another lovely gift wrapping idea incorporates beads and a knotting cord. If you are into jewelry making, than you probably have a lot of beads lying around your home like me. You can use them to decorate your presents. I used some colorful beads and my package box turned out very bright and fun.
Next gift wrapping ideas incorporates a standard ribbon, but I used it in a very special way. First wrap the present with a solid color wrapping paper. Then make a lovely pattern at the top of the package using several pieces of colored ribbon and some glue.
Another way of wrapping your present is using some colored cardboard and a thread. Cut small circles from the cardboard and thread them. Then wrap the thread with the colorful circles around the package for a lovely colorful accent on the package.
Lastly I used a button and some string to dress up a plain white package. Thread a button on to the string and then wrap the string around the package, making sure the button is on top of it. Make a bow on top and you're done. This is such an easy technique but still unique and interesting.

Take time to wrap your presents in a different and unexpected way. By doing this you will tell your loved ones how unique and special they are to you.
