SYNOPSIS:
When Microsoft 365 is introduced to an organisation, adoption efforts tend to focus on the workforce who will use the platform and applications that enable new ways of working.

However, there is another area that is impacted by this change, who are sometimes overlooked.

The IT organisation can also be impacted by the change, especially if they have not had previous experience with implementing, supporting and managing cloud services.

Imagine an Exchange Administrator who has been managing the infrastructure, servers and third-party solutions for messaging for an organisation for a number of years. Someone who is charged with the responsibility for keeping email up and running for the entire organisation. Think about how their world will change when they move to Exchange online. How can we help out IT people transition quickly and seamlessly from the old way of doing things, to a new way?

SPEAKER BIO:
Cory is a behavioural architect in the ACM practice and is a Digital Transformation professional at Microsoft where he's worked for the last 8 years. He focuses on realising the benefits of adopting new ways of working, enabled by a growth mindset and modern technology. He helps shape professional services to support clients in the design, development and implementation of transformation programs to realise business benefit through the people side of change.
