So Nebula Gray is down, but not quite out as the core is still active. So Regal tries to corrupt Mega Man and make him his own navi. But using the power of Soul Server, Lan tries to speak directly to Mega Man's soul. Which works, as using the power of magical boys, Mega Man, now Hub, seals away Nebula Gray. But this is only a temporary victory as the core activates once again and tries to take Mega Man. But Colonel comes in to save the day and hold back the core. But Mega Man is too weak to destroy. Luckily, everyone sends their energy to him to power him up. With one big charge shot, Nebula Gray is destroyed and so is Soul Server.

With the server blowing up, it starts to reactivate the volcano. Everyone evacuates except for Dr. Hikari, who talks to Regal about how he should change his evil ways before collapsing. Suddenly, a familiar face appears to give Regal a mind wipe. But now that Nebula's taken care of, the Teams' work is done. We also have a new scientist joining Scilab, and it's Regal, now fully reformed. He even has a new mugshot.

But that's the main story of Battle Network 5 done with. Up next is the post-game. __
