So eventually your engine will fall out of alignment with your transom--it's just a matter of time. You could do two things 1.) ignore it and eventually trash your gimbal bearing or 2.) watch part two of this video to see how one adjusts their engine alignment. One thing is for sure, you need this tool if you own an stern drive.
