This is a fan remastering of 1990s Anime OVA Kentoushi. No subs are included because everyone I asked told me they had better things to do with their time. You'll have to do with the built in auto translation I'm afraid.

Ghost Frames Removed returning it to 23.976fps film frame rate
Misc filters for light corrections
NOTES: Let the record show, that in the face of this anime's aggressive mediocrity, I am not a man who sees no point in preserving even the worst works. The act itself has merit. Perhaps, eventually, future generations will learn from it's failings, & with time, even come to love it's faults. So here It sits, like a magnetic fly stuck in amber, available in the highest quality, for all time. A monument to mediocrity.
(actual notes) Ok so I tried my best to fix this thing....it's SO badly mastered. It changed speed constantly because they used an MSX or an AMIGA computer to edit this thing. That means the end and beginning with the text crawls are out of sync with the rest of the anime, it's crazy how poorly made it is. There are also times where people talk, but no mouth flaps happen. I SWEAR, it's just...LIKE that. In order to fix this I would have to go cut by cut to adjust it, and that would require remastering the entire anime, which I guarantee you, I will NEVER, DO. This is the best I can make it. I said to myself "Kenny, you're in a unique position. You are the ONLY owner of both this tape, & a hacked VCR......so it's sort of my moral obligation to try. That's just the kind of guy I am. (I don't expect you to watch this, but flip through it or something. It's incredibly fun to pause & look at)
