Roda Corfu | Family Holiday 2022 | Day 11

Day 11 of our family holiday in Roda, Corfu. Another beautiful sunny day, weather forecasts have been saying rain for days but we've seen none of it, Roda seems to be its own micro climate! We had a late breakfast at Yummy's, most of us choosing waffles this time which were delicious! Then it was beach fun and paddleboarding until lunch time. Today we walked through the sea along to Alexandros Taverna, towing mum, on a lilo, on the paddleboard! It was a delicious lunch in a stunning location, right by the water's edge. On the way back I managed to step on a sea urchin so off to the medical centre we went after some advice from the lovely lady at the Afrodite pool bar. The Doctor removed 8 spines but thinks there may be some more in there, deeper in so I have to return tomorrow, until then I can't walk on it and I have to soak my feet in as hot a water as I can take a few times! So tonight we are at the Yacht Club 2ithin the hotel and then went to Big Ben's next door for the quiz (we came 4th again!).
