I had the wonderful opportunity to meet up and see my wonderful friends, SHEGLAPES, last night at Shinjuku Wildside. The last time I had seen them was also at Wildside, at the beginning of May. They were a band I saw quite frequently last year while living in Hyogo (near Osaka), but once I moved, this is only the second time. But it was a sweet meeting with lots of love and laughs. Amazingly talented and diverse music, their creativity and joy is bursting at the seams. Metal, but so much more than metal. And as people, as lovely as you can get!
