This video is a review and an unboxing of my first ever Orient watch! An Orient Ray Gen 1.

I think that this is still to this day a great watch to get if you are either getting into watch collecting or maybe just want a beater watch. This watch is a great alternative to the cliché Seiko SKX and all the other entry level automatics. I even think that this is a viable alternative to the newer generation Ray 2 and Mako 2 because of the distinctive date-pusher, which I personally like a lot.


If you look around you can find these second-hand for a true bargain.
