You probably know a few ways to raise and lower foundations and ceilings but perhaps don't know that these heights all fit into a regular scheme of increments which, conveniently, can be measured in millimetres. In this first of a series of videos we introduce the basic fractional heights and raising and lowering methods before moving on to examine some of their many useful applications.
