I screwed up and the position of my camera at one point gets my breathing, which will probably be somewhat annoying, Unfortunately I didn't notice until the grenade was back together, so I couldn't re-film it.
As the Title says this is an explanation of the Russian RGO grenade which is both an Impact, and delay functioning grenade.
