Yoga Bharati, a non profit organization whose very foundation of yoga classes is to provide health at five dimensions of human existance - the physical, the life-force level, the emotional, intellectual and spiritual levels. With the technique of stimulation and relaxation and with the focus on building awareness, theirs is an integrated approach to yoga geared to be holistic. Yoga Bharati has also made a great leap in therapeutic applications of yoga in association with the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation in Bangalore, India, one of the premier Yoga Universities and yoga research institutes in India with its rich background in research on yoga's healing effects for various ailments. I have the pleasure of having here with me Ashwini Surpur and Binta Patel.

Ashwini is a Director of Yoga Therapy at Yoga Bharati Bay Area Chapter. She is a passionate yoga practitioner and therapist who quit her software profession at Oracle to serve the society in spreading the holistic aspect of yoga. Ashwini has completed her Diploma in Yoga Therapy recently from Indian University - SVYASA and is pursuing her MA in Sanskrit.

Binta Patel is a Senior Yoga Teacher at Yoga Bharati. Binta and an avid and enthusiastic yoga practitioner and teacher with over 15 years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Vasishta styles of yoga.
