Welcome to Sheffield Self Defence (Valente Brothers based jiu-jitsu) Self-Defence is a introduction video of our school and teaching methods in Chesterfield & Sheffield, England. We are taught by the World famous Valente Brothers & our goal is to teach people the full art of Helio Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Valente Brothers style of Gracie jiu-jitsu, is now one of the most popular schools in the world due to it's strong roots to Grand master Helio Gracie.
