Gabriela came to visit Dr. Rahim for help with low back pain that she’s been suffering with for over three years. Her initial injury happened in the gym while dead lifting she went for some treatment felt better one year later she was in a high speed auto collision which made her worse. Her initial MRI showed slight bulging of a disc in her lower back, but after the car accident, the new MRI showed multiple, four herniated discs in her lower back. She saw previous treatment with no results. Her dad found out Rahim on social media and decided to bring her in. Dr. Rahim performed a detailed consultation, x-ray analysis, and examination with Gabriela. Dr. Rahim found multiple misalignments and corresponding nerve pressures, namely at S3 in her sacrum, T5 and T12 in her mid back and a critical atlas in her neck, C1. Dr. Rahim found that S4 was her initial tailbone injury that started compensatory changes elsewhere in her spine. Dr. Rahim adjusted the corresponding segment to relieve the nerve pressure and also adjusted her extremities, her shoulders, elbows, hands, ankles, and ears. This is Gabriela’s second visit with Dr. Rahim. She reported being able to bend better less back pain more mobility and just generally feeling overall well..
