Central Civil Service (Leave) Rules-1955 latest amendment in the Child care leave
minimum 5 days ccl child care leave can be availed,
maximum 3 spell of Child care leave in a year
in case of single female then maximum 06 spell in a year
maximum child care leave can be availed for two year
in first 365 days 100% salary will be given
in 2nd 365 days (2nd year) eighty percent 80% of salary will be given
single father can also avail child care leave of 2 years
child care leave can be availed for 02 eldest children
maximum age of children is 18 years for child care leave
in case of disabled children the maximum age is 21 years for ccl
no child care leave in probation period

can child care leave availed in probation period? No
sanctioning authority can allowed child care leave in probation period, in extreme situation where leave period is minimal.
