Charleston, WV Police Lip Sync Challenge - What Makes You Beautiful

The Charleston Police Department accepted the Lip Sync Challenge! We were challenged by the people that live in our community and we decided to include them in our version of One Direction’s What Makes You Beautiful. All of their volunteered time defines what the City of Charleston West Virginia is all about. It’s all about you!
