Jesus never spoke about Hell, because Hell isn't Scriptural. It's a mistranslation, it's a pagan teaching.
God is Love, He's not going to torture His own creation because you don't love Him back. God is the Saviour of All mankind, especially of believers.

God wills that All mankind be Saved - 1 Tim 2:3-7
And He did that through Christ's finished work on the cross - Col 1:20
Every Knee will bow & every tongue shall confess that Christ is Lord
Phil 2:10-11
The Lake of Fire is the Second Death, it's not Forever - Rev 20:13-15
They are resurrected at the end of the eons. They will Confess that Christ
is Lord. Then all will be headed up in the Christ - Eph 1:10
Death is abolished. Then God will be All in all of His creation!
