Sauce mix
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- Oil (enough to make a paste)

Pepper mix
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 scotch bonnets
- 4 garlic
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Chicken cube
- 1 teaspoon curry

Fish
- Croaker fish

Heat in the oven for 50minutes at 165°C
