Recipe for baked cabbage
1- medium cabbage
3 tablespoons avocado oil or all of your choice
3 tablespoons of butter
 1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon  Mrs Dash 
Two Green bell peppers
Two onions
3/4 cup of water
