Shift Up revealed that the company is planning to bring Eve's adventure to PC gamers in 2025.

"The release is being considered within 2025," stated Shift Up when asked about its plans for the PC port. "Considering recent trends such as Steam's expanding market share in the AAA game sector and the global success of Black Myth: Wukong, we expect the performance on PC to exceed that on consoles."

The game’s PC Port was also confirmed during the Q&A of ShiftUp’s Q3 Report presentation. Responding to a question about the PC release in the earnings report, Shift Up stated: “We’re aiming for a 2025 release.”

“Given recent trends like Steam’s growing presence in the AAA games market and the global success of Black Myth: Wukong, we are expecting the PC version to perform even better than the console version.”

The company expects Stellar Blade to perform better on PC than it did on consoles. But, that'll be a pretty steep hill to climb. A report from five months ago estimates Stellar Blade sold around a million units on PlayStation 5 and that figure has undoubtedly gone up by now.

According to Shift Up, the collaboration between Stellar Blade's director Kim Hyung Tae, and Nier: Automata's director Yoko Taro "marked by mutual respect and creativity, led to this successful outcome."

With the DLC, players can discover a collection of Nier-inspired costumes for Eve and her friends, including those designed after 2B, A2, Kainé, and Emil.

"Emil’s Shop makes a surprise appearance in the world of Stellar Blade where eleven different collaboration-special items will be available," the post reads. "Items that intertwine the best of both games, leading you to a more enriched world."

Alongside the Nier DLC, the PS5 exclusive will also finally get a photo mode, which will allow players to pose Eve and her companions, and dress them up in different outfits featured in the game.
