Game Over: Bots, AI, and MMOs

Bots, AI, and MMOs... Artificial Intelligence seems to infiltrate every facet of our existence these days, so why not our online video games?

I hope you'll join me for a quick look at rapidly advancing technology as it could feasibly apply to bots and grifters in Final Fantasy XIV, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, or any online experience. We'll take a look at how OpenAI's GPT-4o and similar technologies might stand to impact the vulnerabilities that we already see exploited on a daily basis.

This is, admittedly, not our biggest concern as it relates to AI and algorithms, but it is a relatively lighthearted way to explore some of my anxiety surrounding the tech.
