What is the definition of Culture? The #Culture Project explores that question through a series of short #interviews with people from all walks of life, and from all over the world. Kinley Yangden is an international student at Connecticut College. She is from the country of #Bhutan in South West #Asia which is popularly known as the #landofdragons. Kinley reveals many interesting facts about #Bhutanese #culture, their #traditional wear and their beloved #language and leaders. She discusses what her culture means to her and how culture is what defines us as humans.

The Culture Project asks people:
-How do you define culture?
-What is a specific personal cultural practice that you believe is very meaningful and why?
-Why does culture matter?

This interview was created by Flip the Lens Culture Correspondent Timothy Friend. Timothy is a Flip the Lens intern from Connecticut College where he is studying #filmmaking!

The Culture Project is one of three initiatives presented by Flip the Lens that anyone can participate in! The other two are the Creativity Project and the Belonging Project.
