Course Summary
This presentation includes many identifiable ongoing and predicted changes in the profession that will influence dental practice, research, and patient care. Each of these predictable changes will influence dental practices and will require planning for the coming changes and adapting to them.
Fixed prosthodontics will be used as an example of some of the upcoming changes including many devices, materials, and techniques that can be implemented into practice to increase service and revenue.

Learning Objectives
1. Identify at least ten major changes ongoing in the dental profession
2. Discuss the impact of these changes on dental practices, research, and patient care
3. Reflect on the evolution of the dental profession and identify ways to implement changes into your practice
