Back when I was a teenager I used to compete in cross country ski races all across Canada. When we decided we were driving across Canada in the winter, I knew I had to show Brian some of my favourite cross country ski areas.

We visited some places I had been before and some that neither of us had ever been to. Often the ski day turned into quite the adventure as we explored new trails, dodged rocks, and skied down roads!

Starting next week on January 31, 2022, we are running a 4-week ski prep program. We designed it to help support your body during ski season and/or prep your body for a ski trip or vacation you have upcoming. There are limited spots, so ensure you sign up soon! E-mail [email protected] to sign up.

20+ ski/snowboard specific exercise classes, warm-ups, cool-downs, etc.
4 one-on-one physiotherapy sessions over video call (you can live anywhere!)
Unlimited access to your physiotherapist via email throughout ski season
Yoga mat and block for the first 10 sign-ups
