After months of going round Zambia searching for our finalists, we present our top 20 contestants. 10 amateurs and 10 professionals who will battle it out to be crowned Zambia's best chef of 2022.

Each week contestants are given different cookery related tasks with contestants being eliminated until we get down to our two winners - one professional and one amateur who will take home the crown as Zambia's best chef of 2022.
