014 Labrador... Point Amour Lighthouse and Blanc Sablon Québec

We're getting into a more inhabited part of Labrador now, even though towns are only lightly scattered along the coast. We start to hear the true, delightful Newfie accent. First stop, the Strait of Belle Isle's Cove of the Dead, the name softened to Love Cove (L'Anse Amour) and its point's lighthouse. There have been a lot of deaths along this treacherous coast.

Wreck of the HMS Raleigh, an early Marconi station, and a walk along the coast.We end the day back in Québec at Blanc Sablon, ready to cross to Newfoundland on the ferry the next day. Farewell to Labrador!
