Hello Cozy October 🍁An autumn weekend in the city reading, pumpkin patching & laughing (a vlog)

Hello, friends!

Ahhh, October : ) To quote one of the greatest literary characters of all time, "I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." This month feels like a hug from a best friend you haven't seen in a while. There's something extra special about Portland in autumn...but I'd probably feel that way about anywhere I lived. Still though, the crows are flying in, pumpkins are everywhere, and there are spooky & autumnal displays in nearly ever small/independent shop front. Oh! And the leaves are beginning to change, ever so slightly ✨
Despite the comfort, and the nostalgia I feel this time of year, I went into this month feeling rather anxious. When I started filming this video, I was really really nervous for no apparent reason. Ultimately, with Landon's help, I was able to put on a smiling face and then begin to feel better. The rest of the weekend was spent trying to understand my anxious feelings and enjoy myself despite them. I managed to have a really lovely weekend, and I'm so happy you're here to share it with me ❤️
