As a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, Stephanie Licon-Baskin describes why she decided to pursue a degree in engineering, what drew her to Wood and how she is getting to support the next generation of graduates through involvement in our Developing Professionals Network.

Speaking on her passion for math, science and problem-solving, Stephanie shares what life is like in the typical day of an Instrumentation Engineer and emphasises the importance of “putting yourself out there”, asking questions and taking ownership.
