Western Maryland Scenic 734: Going Out in Style!

With Western Maryland Scenic Railroad's main locomotive, 2-8-0 734 going down for its 15 yr inspection and a major overhaul at the beginning of 2016, it was only fitting to catch her in action one last time before the long wait for her return. Me and two of my good friends went down to catch the former LS&I steamer on its second to last week of revenue excursions. We chased the train between Cumberland and Frostburg, MD, catching them in some well known and some different shots along the line. Also included is footage of wying the engine in Carpendale, WV, and the nighttime North Pole Express trains.
