Bourbon Coffee BRISKET Smoked On The Lone Star Grillz Offset

Part of the fun in cooking is trying new things, and for this 17 pound USDA Choice Brisket that I smoked on the Lone Star Grillz 20x42 Offset, I decided to punch up the rub by using one of my favorite new ingredients--Bourbon Powder.

Bourbon Coffee Rub Ingredients

2 TBSP Bourbon Powder (or more)
¼ cup Ground Coffee
2 TBSP Kosher Salt
2 TBSP Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
