HOW TO BRINE BLACK OLIVES | easy way. 3 ingredients

Brining and curing shouldn't be for nonna's yaya's or pro's only . In this short video I'll show you how do it in a couple of simple steps. All you need is a few house utensils, ripe olives, vinegar and salt... and time..

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1kg the ripest black olives you can pinch from your neighbours house (make sure you give him-her a jar brined goods after)
100gr apple cider vinegar
30gr himalayan fine salt
Herb and spice bouquet: whatever you love the most. I used chilli, oregano, bay leaves, sage, black peppercorns, garlic (i forgot to use it in the video hmm)
Olive oil

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞 (𝐢𝐧 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞)
Note: You can eat these olives on the spot after marinating them or store them for up to 1 year (or even more)
𝐓𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
Sterilize a glass mason and lid, place marinated olives in the jar and top up with Olive oil until olives are fully submerged. Seal lid. Keep in cool, dry and dark place in your house, or in the refrigerator.
