Ingredients:

1 cup or 125 g all-purpose flour
1 cup or 140 g cassava flour
1 cup or 200 g brown sugar
2 tsp. or 10 ml lye water
2 1/2 cups or 500 ml water
1/2 tsp. or 2.5 ml black food color

Yema Dip:

1/8 cup or 26 g sugar
1 tbsp. or 14 g butter/margarine
1/2 cup or 160 g condensed milk
