Does The New Diamond Art Club Pen Work With AB Drills?

Today I am testing the new Diamond Art Club pen with AB Drills.

The standard diamond painting pens that come with virtually all kits (the straw with the brass tip) can have problems with placing AB drills.

The pink wax sticks to the coating on the surface of the AB drill. When you pull the pen back the pink wax can pull out of the pen tip.

Very annoying!

The new Diamond Art Club pens come loaded with putty that you can feed down to the tip by turning the tip of the pen.

Will the ABs pull the putty out?
