CHATILLON DFS II FEATURES:
Designed for both basic and complex applications the series offer data transfer and communication and may be equipped with integral load cells or smart remote sensors for load measurement or torque measurement. The Chatillon DFS2 force meter has an integral or remote force load cell with mechanical overload protection up to 150% FS. This Force gauge features an integral or remote load cell with a measurement accuracy better than ±0.1% of full scale and ensures mechanical overload protection up to 150% FS.

The Chatillon DFS 2 series of force gauges comes with standard measurements mode, such peak tension and compression. When the gauge is in Peak mode, will display the maximum tensile or compression load that was measured by the force loadcell sensor. Break detection is provided as advanced feature. It has two types of breaks: a sharp break can be used to detect whenever the load measurement drops 5% from a peak load. Alternatively, you may override the sharp break and setup the gauge with a % break detector. The load average force-based function is another advanced function lets you to set a preload limit value or load threshold.
