When I first saw this viral Tiktok Uunifetapasta I knew I had to try it out soonest. This baked feta cheese pasta is so very simple to cook and the results is truly delicious! You need few fresh ingredients for this recipe - feta cheese, luscious cherry tomatoes, and pasta of course. You can throw in any vegetables (or even cooked meat!) and condiments of your choice, since the recipe is super versatile. It is seriously so easy to make, you just can't go wrong with it!

Below are some ingredients that I have used:
200 g fresh cherry tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
80 g pasta of your choice
2 tablespoon of olive oil (I suggest using 1 tablespoon only, especially if you are using full fat feta cheese)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of chilly flakes
1 tsp of oregano
Reserved pasta boiling water
Basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste (use salt judiciously as feta cheese is already salty

Preheat the oven at 230 degrees C or 446F for 15 mins.
To an oven safe tray, place cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and cloves of garlic. Crush some pepper on top, sprinkle salt and add chilly flakes.
Place the tray in the oven and bake at 180 degrees C or 350 F for 30-35 mins till the tomatoes are soft and tomatoes have also turned brown on top.
In the meanwhile, cook pasta al dente, with plenty of water. Reserve some pasta boiling water for a punch of starchy goodness.

Remove from the oven and crush the tomatoes and cheese with a fork into paste. Add the freshly boiled pasta into it and mix till well combined. Garnish with some oregano and basil leaves. Serve hot.
