3 Greenberg further alleges that Cross and 3rd Party Defendants have conspired and deprived him of his rights under the Color of law(State), by conspiring to falsely claim an interest in the property and to interfere with Greenberg's lawful State and Federal rights.

Please comment below regarding Judge Vanessa's fallacious assertion. Most assuredly, with additional discovery, the above set of allegations/facts if proven true will lead to a claim for which relief can be granted.

However, because Judge Vanessa SAYS it won't, the Motion to Dismiss 'was granted'. Vanessa will be asked to recuse herself for engaging in additional fraud/conspiracies
She is not being honest/truthful/factual.
